PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the service for users in a financial institute by acquiring information for the quality of the customer, transaction contents, visiting purpose or the like of the users. SOLUTION: This system comprises a numbering device for issuing an acceptance specification ticket with the visiting time and acceptance number of a user printed thereon, and a communication control device 6 connected to the numbering device 1, a counter terminal 8 and the terminal 9 of a person in charge of counter work and comprising a reservation management table 7 for performing the reservation management of users. When an IC card 10 with the user information held therein is inserted to the numbering device 1 by the user, the user information is registered in the reservation table 7 of the communication control device 6 to make a reservation, and the mail reporting the visit of the user is transmitted to the terminal of the person in charge 9. When a transaction is executed in the counter terminal 8 by use of the IC card 10, transaction information for the starting time and end time of the transaction, the name of the person in charge, or the like is stored in conformation with the user information of the reservation table 7. |
