<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the effect of an improvement item in ahead and objectively determine the propriety of improvement execution based on a clear standard for deciding the effect. SOLUTION: This system improvement system comprises an operational system 40 for executing a business according to the instruction from a system user; a system user terminal 10 for inputting an improvement proposal for the operational system; an improvement request receiving part 20 for collecting the improvement proposal, arranging it as the improvement item, and reporting it to the developer of the operational system; a system developer terminal 50 for receiving the improvement item, instructing the simulation of the operational system based on it, receiving the result of the simulation, and evaluating it to determine whether the improvement item is executed or not; and a simulation part 30 for executing the simulation of the operational system based on the improvement item according to the instruction from the system developer terminal, and transmitting the result to the system developer terminal.</p> |
