PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noises such as a squeak or a peeling noise even when force acts on a panel when attaching a member having a plate like part to the panel. SOLUTION: A center part of the plate like part is attached to the panel so an elongated abutting surface 22 formed along a periphery of the plate like part 21 of the member 20 is pressed against a surface of the panel 10, and a multiplicity of protrusions 23 and 23A biting into the surface of the panel are formed on the abutting surface. A recessed part 15 formed with an inner wall surface 15a having a draft along a periphery is formed on the panel, the abutting surface of the plate like part periphery is used as an outer surface pressed against a surface of the inner wall surface of the recessed part, and it is favorable that the multiplicity of protrusions are formed in elongated shapes on the outer surface of the plate like part in a direction perpendicular to its longitudinal direction.
