PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire broadcasting information by a simple operation without requiring a special device. SOLUTION: The broadcasting information broadcasted in a program of a TV or a radio is preserved in an information database 1 together with the time and the channel. When a user inputs the time and the channel, an information retrieval part 2 retrieves the broadcasting information from the information database 1 from the inputted time and channel and transmits the information to the user. An information display part 5 of the user displays the transmitted broadcasting information.
