PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily incorporate and fix a brush and a brush spring in a brush holding part and to more surely fix them. SOLUTION: Recessed engaging parts 18 are respectively provided on inner circumference side outer surfaces 17a of respective engaged parts 17 formed on an outer circumference side end of a brush holding part 11. On the other hand, protruding engaging parts 22 are respectively provided on outer circumference side outer surfaces 21a of respective engaging parts 21 formed on a cap 14. In a state that both the engaged parts 17 are engaged with both the engaging parts 21, and the respective inner circumference side outer surfaces 17a are brought into contact with the respective outer circumference side outer surfaces 21a, the respective recessed engaging parts 18 are engaged with the respective protruding engaging parts 22. With such a constitution, the elastic deformation of the cap 14, which makes both the engaging parts 21 separated circumferentially by an outward radial energizing force applied to the cap 14 by a brush spring 16, can be avoided, so that a state that both the engaged parts 17 are engaged with both the engaging parts 21 can be surely maintained.
