PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide power transmission and distribution equipment wherein influence of permeation of thigh frequency leakage current can be reduced. SOLUTION: Potential to ground restraining devices 1A, 1B which connect grounding points N, TE of a low voltage side electric path with a grounding pole Eb (e.g. B kind earthing) when a potential to ground in the low voltage side electric path is at least a set value are arranged between the grounding points N, TE and the grounding pole Eb in a power transmission and distribution electric path in which a high a low voltage transformers Tr1, Tr2 are arranged.A leakage detector control device 4 which connects the low voltage side electric path with the grounding pole Eb via capacitors C1-C4 for grounding by turning on a switch 3 when ground fault of the low voltage side electric path is detected is arranged between the grounding point TE and leakage detectors AL2, AL3 arranged in the low voltage side electric path.
