PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of troublesome maintenance, such as monitoring the dirty state of a filter caused by dust and every day cleaning for terrible dirt, while dust accumulated at the filter, is stuck at a cooling fan bracket and requires everyday maintenance, and the neglect of the maintenance causes stoppage or failure of the apparatus. SOLUTION: For saving the monitoring of the dirty state of the filter and everyday cleaning of the dust and the like, the dust is accumulated at a cobweb- like flexible rubber-based filter, and the cobweb-like flexible rubber-based filter is expanded and shrunk every time the mounted apparatus is drawn, and the dust is swept from the filter.
