<p>The system can be applied in controlling fire conflagration and serious industrial emergencies, in penetration in projects having complex architectural design, in controlling natural calamities, and in the security of particularly important projects which are difficult to access. It ensures remote controlled current video-and audio-monitoring, with the facility for text description by means of audio connection. The system comprises two modules: mobile transmitter unit and a stationary receiver unit. The transmitter unit is fitted on a carrier person entering the project, and the receiver unit is mounted and connected to an emergency vehicle. The mobile unit amalgamates a black-and-white mini video camera (1) with its own source of supply (9), video transmitter (7) , mini antenna (8), audio transmitter and a ruby emitter (2) for a concentrated beam in the red spectrum on one side. The stationary unit comprises video audio receiver, specialized circular antenna with a powerful magnet for fitting to the steel surface of the emergency vehicle in order to secure high quality reception, elimination of the attenuation and any returned signals and for better amplification.
