An adhesive sheet comprising, provided on the front and rear surfaces of a base material, an adhesive layer consisting of a polyurethane adhesive and having a ball tack value of up to 3 and a JIS Z0237-compliant adhesion to a stainless steel sheet of up to 2N/cm, and a photocuring urethane resin layer ; and a production method therefor. The adhesive sheet can be used for binding bands, labels and binding tapes that can prevent glue remaining on bound articles, discoloring and contaminating of articles, skin inflammation, adhesion to articles, and discoloring and adhesion lowering after an extende d storage. |
