PURPOSE: A device for tracking a position of a mobile communication terminal is provided to estimate virtual positions of a terminal by using TOA(Time Of Arrival) and AOA(Angle of Arrival) data obtained from each base station, and to decide a final position by average coordinates of each estimated position, thereby enabling position tracking of the terminal. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication exchange(701) inputs a signal transceived between each base station and a terminal, and processes the signal. A TOA calculator(702) calculates distance between the terminal and the base stations by an arrival time of the signal received through the mobile communication exchange(701). An AOA calculator(703) calculates a receiving angle of the terminal from the signal received through the mobile communication exchange(701). A position decider(704) draws an extension line on a virtual circle with a radius of the calculated distance in a direction of the angle of the AOA calculator(703), and decides a cross point as a position of the terminal.
