PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediation processing system that utilizes an access number of a telephone network so as to intermediate provision of contents from a seller to customers with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A seller side device and an intermediate processing device negotiate an access number of the telephone network corresponding to contents provided by the seller side device and the system distributes the access number to customers. The intermediate processing device 3 acquires the contents from the seller side device 2, registers the contents to a contents registration means 31 in correspondence with the access number. Upon the receipt of a connection request by using the access number from a customer terminal 1, the system reads the contents corresponding to the access number from the contents registration means 31 and distributes the contents to the customer terminal 1 via the Internet 7.
