PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program which prevents a child from browsing a harmful Web page. SOLUTION: The program 16 makes a computer 14 perform an access limiting process for limiting access to a specific Web page. This access limiting process includes a step S201 for monitoring whether a user inputs an actuation indication for actuating a 1st Web page browser accessing the specific Web page, a step S203 for deciding whether the user has the right to access the specific Web page in response to the input of the actuation indication, a step S204 for actuating the 1st Web page browser 13 when it is decided that the user has the right to access the specific Web page, and a step S205 for actuating a 2nd Web page browser 16 limiting the access to the specific Web page when not.
