PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light deflector which is manufactured by using a micro- machining technique and is made small-sized and by which a large deflection angle is obtained by the small amount of energy and its driving method. SOLUTION: This light deflector possesses a plate type mirror 2, a supporting body 3 connected with an outer edge end part of the mirror 2 and disposed along the outer edge within the same plane as the mirror 2, a frame part 4 to hold the supporting body 3 and driving means 5a, 5b, 5c and 5d to unevenly warp and deform the supporting body 3. |
