PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting bridge conditions of a liquid, capable of supplying the liquid in no-bridge or bridging desired state to a plurality of elements to be supplied, without having to conduct many experiments in advance, and to provide a method for supplying the liquid. SOLUTION: The method for detecting the bridge conditions of the liquid comprises a step of detecting the critical conditions of various type parameters for biding a liquid-like solder 1, when the solder 1 as the liquid is supplied to a part 2 to be soldered as a plurality of elements to be supplied, which are disposed separately, a first analysis step of analyzing the change of a surface free energy E1 when the liquid-like solders 1 are independent from each other, a second analysis step of analyzing the change of a surface free energy E2, when the liquid-like solders 1 are bridged, and a detection step of detecting the critical conditions for bridging the solders 1 by obtaining the conditions of the various type parameters to obtain E1=E2. |
