PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam extrusion molded product having excellent flexibility and elastic recovery, and capable of providing a base material for a pressure- sensitive adhesive tape and a patch hardly providing fastening feeling caused by winding, and having excellent flexibility. SOLUTION: This foam extrusion molded product is obtained by melting and kneading a resin composition obtained by blending (Y) 25-300 pts.wt. diene- based copolymer and (Z) 0.1-25 pts.wt. foaming agent with (X) 100 pts.wt. propylene-based block copolymer comprising a crystalline polypropylene component and an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer component to provide a foamed sheet- like unoriented product, and monoaxially orienting the obtained unoriented product.
