PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow stable sealing without generating short-circuiting between a barrier layer of an armor body and a lead wire caused by heat and pressure in heat seal, when a battery body is inserted into the armor body using a terpolymer resin as a heat seal layer to seal its peripheral edge by the heat seal, in a battery packaging. SOLUTION: This packaging material for forming the armor for a battery for inserting the battery body to seal its peripheral edge part by the heat seal is a packaging material of which the multilayered sealant part is cross-linked to be brought into 0.5%-80% of gel fraction, after forming a layered body constituted of at least a base material layer, an adhesive layer 1, aluminum, a formation-treated layer, an adhesive layer 2, and a multilayered sealant layer of which the heat seal layer comprises the terpolymer. |
