PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery system, with which a distribution manager manager the delivery schedule of a low-order hierarchy distributor and distribution contents. SOLUTION: In a delivery system 1, a transmitting side has the hierarchical structure of a high-order hierarchy (distributing server 3) and a low-order hierarchy (contents provider 16). The high-order hierarchy prepares the contents distribution schedule of the low-order hierarchy and reports it to the low-order hierarchy. The low-order hierarchy arranges contents and provides contents 29 through the high-order hierarchy to clients (27-1 to 27-3).
