PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidity control and ventilation device which prevents dust from attaching to a humidity absorption/discharge rotor and exerts stable humidity control effect when operated. SOLUTION: The device is provided with the humidity absorption/discharge rotor 3 which repeatedly conducts absorption and discharge of moisture with an axial direction rotation. Switching between a humidity-control-ventilation operation and a ventilation operation is possible. The rotor 3 is intermittently driven to rotate during ventilation operation.
