PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure capable of being fixed onto a continuous footing by correcting the strain of a floor panel more effectively, having excellent workability and being used for the lower section of a sweeping-out opening section and a method for executing a floor. SOLUTION: A joining member 5 is fixed onto the floor panel 3 so that a pushing section 54 is abutted against the joining section 82 of the floor panel 3 from an upper section. The floor panel 3 is placed on the continuous footing 1 by inserting a fastening section 52 to an anchor bolt 2, and the joining member 5 is fastened to the anchor bolt 2. Accordingly, fastening axial force pushes the joining section 82 of the floor panel 3 through the pushing section 54 and works so as to correct the strain of the floor panel 3 while fixing the floor panel onto the continuous footing 1. A half-sill 4 is placed on an approximately outer half on the continuous footing 1, and fixed onto the floor panel 3 by an adhesive, nails or the like.
