METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HYDROUS GEL FIRE PREVENTIVE GLASS AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a hydrous gel preparing liquid filled into the gap of a double-glazing unit panel from leaving bubbles and to prevent a hydrous gel from being oxidized by oxygen in the air remaining in the hydrous gel in production of the hydrous gel-containing fireproof glass. SOLUTION: A preparation tank 6 for preparing the hydrous gel preparing liquid 8, a filling chamber 17 for filing the gap 11 of the double-glazing unit panel with the hydrous gel preparing liquid and a vacuum pump 9 are used. The preparation tank and the filling chamber are subjected to gas displacement with inert gas, by which the defoaming treatment of the hydrous gel preparing liquid is performed. The pressure in the gap of the double-glazing unit panel installed in the filling chamber is then reduced and the gap of the double-glazing unit panel is filled with the hydrous gel preparing liquid from the hydrous gel preparation tank.
