PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft rod with a roller for paper feeding and discharging, conveying and the like that is simply manufacturable to reduce product cost, is lightweight and fixes a roller firmly to prevent idling. SOLUTION: An outer circumferential surface 1a of a shaft rod 1 of a metallic material with given hardness has small projections 2, 2a projected in correspondence with mounting positions of the rollers 4. The rollers 4 of a double structure are molded from a cylindrical small-diameter roller part 4a of a metallic material having lower hardness than the shaft rod 1, and a large-diameter roller part 4b of a synthetic resin material or a rubber material disposed outside the small-diameter roller part 4a. The rollers 4 are mountable when the small- diameter roller part 4a is fitted on the shaft rod 1 to cause the small projections 2, 2a to bite into and tangle in an inner circumferential surface 5a.
