PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device for producing a reduction in the number of machining processes for driving pulleys and in the weight thereof. SOLUTION: The driving device for moving a traveler with a wire driven by the driving pulleys 5, 6 mounted on a driving shaft 3 has the driving pulleys 5, 6 formed by pressing or rolling. Therefore, the number of machining processes for the driving pulleys 5, 6 is reduced and the weight of the driving pulleys 5, 6 in hollow structures are reduced.
