CONDUIT MOLDING SYSTEM USING WASTE SYNTHETIC RESINS

PURPOSE: A conduit molding system is provided which not only molds both large sized products and pipe shaped products, but also substantially reduces product defects generated during production processes by using waste synthetic resins so that the waste synthetic resins are molded in the completely melted state. CONSTITUTION: The conduit molding system using waste synthetic resins comprises a mold(12) in which a tube shaped outer mold(12a) and a core shaped inner mold(12b) are combined each other to form a conduit; first melting extruder(5) for extruding the waste synthetic resins(1) by firstly melting the waste synthetic resins as transferring the waste synthetic resins in a direction after receiving waste synthetic resins(1) crushed to a certain size; second melting extruder(7) for extruding the waste synthetic resins by secondly melting the waste synthetic resins completely as transferring the waste synthetic resins in a direction after receiving a first waste synthetic resin melt that is firstly melted in the first melting extruder; an injection feeding machine(13) for injecting the second waste synthetic resin melt into the mold(12) when the second waste synthetic resin melt filled to a certain amount after temporarily storing a second waste synthetic resin melt supplied from the second melting extruder; and a molded article discharging machine(18) for discharging a molding completed conduit from the mold(12) when the waste synthetic resin melt is solidified in the mold(12) and transferring the conduit in a direction.
