摘要 An integrated reactor (2) comprises a first flat plate (12) selectively cut and folded to have a back wall, a top wall, two side walls, and a base portion, and a second flat plate (22) folded to have an intermediate wall and a base wall, the second flat plate (22) being located within the top wall and side walls of the first flat plate (12) so as to define with the first flat plate (12) an anode offgas oxidizer portion (10) of the integrated reactor (2). A third flat plate (32) comprises a front wall and is located within the top wall and side walls of the first flat plate (12). The intermediate wall of the second flat plate (22) and front wall of the third flat plate (32) are spaced from each other and define therebetween an autothermal reactor portion (60) of the integrated reactor (2). A first flow path (88) is formed within the anode offgas oxidizer portion (10) to permit throughflow of gas therein and a second flow path (80, 82, 84, 86) is formed within the autothermal reactor portion (60) to permit throughflow of gas therein. The first and second flow paths are separated by the second flat plate (22) and heat exchange between gases in the flowing therethrough can occur.
