Lines (24, 27) are connected in series via a relay terminal (43) to constitute an inequilibrium transmission line. Lines (25, 28) constitute inequilibrium transmission lines, respectively. The lines (24, 25) electromagnetically couple to constitute a coupler. Similarly, the lines (27, 28) electromagnetically couple to constitute a coupler. A ground terminal (G1) are connected to the equilibrium transmission lines formed of the lines (25, 28), respectively. A shield terminal (G2) is connected to the leads (30a-32a) of shield electrodes (30-32). These two terminals (G1, G2) are electrically independent.
