The device enables toothpaste to be put onto the toothbrush bristles through an orifice (5) by simple pressure on the toothpaste tube adapted to it. The device is composed of a movable element (4) inside the brush head and a fixed part (1) of the toothbrush head. The head fixed part comprises a cavity (2) which receives a mouthpiece (3) through which the toothpaste is distributed.
