PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide precise information based on an information at the point of time when a person has released the information. SOLUTION: In this information providing system, a system 10, which is a host, receives extracted user information extracted by a user from user information 25 stored and managed by the user at that point of time, selects information from among a provided information DB 19b based on a provided service selection DB 19a for selecting information to be provided, and provides a user computer 20 with the information. The system is equipped with a user information management program 21 for storing and managing user's own information by the user, a sending-out information extraction program 22 for extracting information to be released by the user at that point of time, and sending out the information to the system 10 as extracted user information, a provided service selection program 14 for receiving the extracted user information, and selecting information to be provided to the user, and a user service program 15 for providing the user with a service, to thereby provide the user with the information. |
