PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce and display in real time by regulating the frame rate, without placing a large load on the circuit of a control system. SOLUTION: A digital camera comprises a flash memory 28 for recording dynamic image data having a plurality of static image data continuous over a time; a display unit 25 for displaying the dynamic image data recorded in the memory 28; and a CPU 21 for counting a time required from the reading of the static image data of one frame for constituting the dynamic image data which are recorded in the memory 28, until displaying of the data on the unit 25. Then the CPU conducts calculating the number of thinnings between the frames, when the dynamic image data recorded in the memory 2 are displayed on the unit 25 by the obtained time and the frame rate of the dynamic image data recorded in the memory 28, thinning between the frame of the dynamic image data recorded in the memory 28 based on the calculated number of thinning between the frames, and displaying the data on the unit 25, in real time. |
