PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive more even developer sealing member by preventing irregularity of temperature in an impulse seal and to reduce influence to a welding part due to thermal deformation of an electrothermal plate. SOLUTION: A small width part 70a is provided in a part 70A equivalent to the welding shape of the electrothermal plate 70. An inequality c<d is defined. The small width part 70a corresponds to a position of a mounting part 71 having a small screw hole 71a. Temperature of the small width part 70a is raised since its resistance is large when it is energized from a power supply part 72 and on the other hand, the temperature is lowered since heat is absorbed by a small screw to be inserted into the small screw hole 71a and consequently, heating quantity of the part 70A equivalent to the welding shape is uniformized. |
