PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mediating server for rational diagnosis and treatment reservation enabling many medical institutions to accept reservation for one reservation application by a customer and enabling the customer to select acceptance of the reservation suitable for oneself. SOLUTION: The mediating server for mediating between a customer side and a medical institution side relates the response time limit data of the reservation inputted in applying for the reservation from the customer to customer identifying information and stores, relates the application information of the reservation inputted in applying for the reservation from the customer to the customer identifying information and stores, relates the response to the reservation received from the medical institution to the customer identifying information and stores, and retrieves the response to the reservation stored in a reservation response storing means in the customer information relating to the response time limit data reaching the response time limit among the response time limit data, and displays the response to the reservation acquired by above retrieval to a client computer of the customer side.
