PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector fixing structure which does not produce abnormal noises or the like by means of a wire harness arranged and installed at the rear side of an instrument panel in the case a switch is not mounted. SOLUTION: A switch mounting hole cover 1 used when the switch is not installed at an instrument panel 50 is provided with a cap part 3 and a connector retaining part 2, and the cap part 3 does not harm the appearance from the inside of the room, and the connector retaining part 2 can retain a terminal connector 76 at nearly the same position where the terminal connector 76 of the wire harness 75 is retained at the switch when the switch is installed.
