PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AD converter evaluation apparatus which can supply a programmable power supply having a high resolution necessary for measuring an AD converter to be measured. SOLUTION: The AD converter evaluation apparatus for evaluating an AD converter IC 4 has a first programmable power supply 11 for setting a voltage, a second programmable power supply 12 for setting a voltage, an attenuator circuit 13 for dividing an output voltage of the second programmable power supply 12, an addition circuit 14 for adding an output voltage of the first programmable power supply 11 and an output voltage of the attenuator circuit 13, and a digital multi meter 15 for measuring the output voltage of the first programmable power supply 11 and the output voltage of the second programmable power supply 12. The output voltage of the addition circuit 14 is inputted to the AD converter IC 4.
