PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and simple quantitative determination method for determinating a specific substance in tissue of a living body without using a radioactive substance. SOLUTION: In the novel quantitative determination method, a specific substance in the tissue of the living body is recovered by a tape stripping method, and a specimen to be measured is prepared by further recovering the specific substance from a tape to quantitatively determinate the specific substance in the specimen to be measured.
