PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooking apparatus being high in reliability capable of reliably preventing fire from spreading to a control panel outside a body even when a fire occurs at the internal part of the body. SOLUTION: A first substrate 13 formed of a flame retardance material and on which a high voltage part is loaded is provided in a body 1, and a control panel 5, formed of a non-fire resistance material, containing a second substrate 7 formed of a flame retardance material and on the internal part of which a low voltage part is loaded is provided at the outside of the body 1. A shield plate 10 is situated between the first substrate 13 and the second substrate 7.
