PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the capacity of a canister. SOLUTION: A control valve 34 is disposed in a breather line 36 connecting a fuel tank body 10 and the canister 34, and a D-VSV 56 is disposed in a purge line 50. For opening of the D-VSV 56, if the internal pressure of the fuel tank body 10 is higher than a given value, the control valve 48 is opened and, after a given time, the D-VSV 56 is opened. For closing of the D-VSV 56, when the internal pressure of the fuel tank body 10 is not higher than an atmospheric pressure, the control valve 48 is closed and, after a given time, the D-VSV 56 is closed.
