SUPPORTING STRUCTURE OF TABULAR BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting structure of a tabular body in which the design properties of a pane can be kept excellent while the pane can be installed to a supporting member simply, the manufacturing process of the pane is simplified and equipment cost for manufacturing the pane can be held down. SOLUTION: The supporting structure 10 of tabular body has a rear receiving section 38 facing the lower side 12 of the upper-side pane 11 in the adjacent panes 11 and the upper side 13 of a lower-side tabular body 11 while being composed of the supporting member 20 connected to a fixing member 18 such as a building column, a receiving piece 40 being projected to this side from the rear receiving section 38 by mounting on the supporting member 20 and receiving its own weight of the upper-side tabular body 11 and a holding-down edge 45 having a surface receiving section 46 opposed to the rear receiving section 38 and holding down the lower side 12 of the upper-side tabular body 11 and the upper side 13 of the lower-side tabular body 11 by mounting on the supporting member 20.
