PURPOSE: An apparatus for mounting an indoor rear viewing mirror is provided to adapt an indoor rear viewing mirror to various cars without manufacturing a fixing jig for mounting an indoor rear viewing mirror. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for mounting an indoor rear viewing mirror comprises a base(110), a first supporter(120) installed at a top side of the base, a fixing jig mounting portion(130) coupled at the first supporter, a fixing jig assembly(140), a second supporter(170), and an analyzing portion for measuring an impact amount applied at an indoor rear viewing mirror(147). The indoor rear viewing mirror assembly is coupled at the fixing jig mounting portion and the fixing jig assembly. The second supporter is installed at the top side of the base, and a cylinder portion(180) is mounted at the second supporter. The first supporter and the second supporter is installed at the top side of the base.
