PURPOSE: A multi-function water quality measuring sensor and system for measuring quality of water using the same are provided to complexly measure conductivity of object, water level and amount of foam. CONSTITUTION: A sensor includes a reference electrode(100) connected with an outside wire; a first body(102) joined to an upper end of the reference electrode; at least two small electrodes(103) joined to an upper end of the first body and connected with the outside wire to measure potential difference with the reference electrode; at least two second bodies(104) joined to upper ends of the small electrodes and connecting the small electrodes; and a connector(106) formed on an upper end of the second bodies and connected with an outside measuring device.
