PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer information sharing system enabling a service provider to easily obtain customer information, and enabling a plurality of dealers to share a specific customer's information. SOLUTION: When a customer registers customer information including at least his address, name, telephone number, sex, and age in a first dealer, the customer information is input to a first terminal 2 and converted into two-dimensional barcodes. A second terminal 4 owned by a second dealer who has a special relationship with the first dealer decrypts the customer information from the two-dimensional barcodes. The customer owns a portable terminal 1. The portable terminal 1 has the function of receiving the two-dimensional barcodes from the first terminal, storing them, and transferring them to the second terminal 4. To access from the portable terminal 1 to the second terminal 4, the contents of services required by the customer are accumulated in a database 32 as they are matched against the two-dimensional barcodes and date. The database 32 has been made accessible from the second terminal 4. |
