PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-bit signal amplifier that can prevent acquisition of a high frequency noise due to a cable at a low cost. SOLUTION: The one-bit signal amplifier is provided with an amplifier section 2 that amplifies a one-bit signal, a chassis 11 comprising a copper-plated metal that supports and surrounds the amplifier section 2, a conductive panel 15 that covers one side of the chassis 11, a terminal section 13 that is integrated with the chassis 13 to receive a signal or power, an operation section 4 that is integrated with the chassis 11 to switch the signal or the power, and the cable 6 that passes through a space 15a between the chassis 11 and the panel 15 to interconnect the terminal section 3 and the operation section 4.
