PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably feed an injection liquid such as chemicals into a ground. SOLUTION: This feeding method comprises feeding the chemicals 3 (the injection liquid) into the ground 2 in such a manner that the injection liquid is pressurized by a pressure air and then continuously fed into the ground, it is fed from a tank via a pressure reducer with a water head pressure, or otherwise it is fed with a pressure controlled tank being at a negative pressure to produce a lower water head pressure. The feeding device 1 comprises a pressure tank 4 using a pressure air for pressurizing the injection liquid to be pressure fed into the ground and a control device 6 for controlling the pressure in the pressure tank, wherein a resupply device 7 is provided for resupplying the injection liquid to the pressure tank, the tank and the pressure reducer are provided, or otherwise the pressure controlled tank and a control mechanism for keeping it at a negative pressure are provided.
