A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound as described in Claim 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. 3. 3-(5-methylisoxazol-3-yl)-6-(1-methyl-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl) methyloxy-1,2,4-triazolo [3,4-a] phthalazine for use in a method of treatment of the human or animal body. 4. The use of the compound of Claim 1 for the manufacture of a medicament for the enhancement of cognition. 5. A method of enhancing cognition in a subject suffering from diminished cognition, which comprises administering to that subject a cognition enhancing amount of the compound of Claim 1.
