Fixture elements each consisting of a screw and a plastic holder are mounted in at least two separate container-cages (24,25) of the tandem magazine (7). The plastic holder has a hollow shaft with plate placed on it. The parallel hollow shafts are horizontal or slightly slanting and protrude out of the container-cages. Each cage is vertically mounted on a swivel axle (26,27) and has a dispenser end leading into a separating unit.
