PURPOSE: An elastic massage device for a kneader is provided to effectively massage the body of a user without causing pain by reducing shock applied by repetitive hitting action. CONSTITUTION: The elastic massage device for a kneader comprises a base board(1) formed with a coupling member(2) to be fastened to the kneader, a hollow rubber cap(3) formed with an extended fixing wing on the outer surface thereof, and a cover plate(6), the cover plate being formed with an opening(4) for allowing the exposure of a hitting plane of the rubber cap and a rim(5) for securing tight coupling thereof. In order to expose the hitting plane of the rubber cap, the base plate and the cover plate are in contact with each other closely.
