PURPOSE: A device and method for measuring slant using load cell and electronic scale and method compensating measuring error due to slant using the same are provided to measure slant of a place where load is measured. CONSTITUTION: A device includes a load cell(25) installed on a base(20); and a calculator(43) calculating angle from a surface perpendicular to direction of gravity to the base using mass of a weight(21) placed on a reference plate(27) supported by the load cell and vertical load signal of the weight against the reference plate output by the load cell by formulas as follow: theta=cos¬-1(W_theta/M*g) where W_theta is vertical load of the weight against the reference plate measured by the load cell, M is mass of the weight, g is acceleration of gravity and theta is angle from the surface perpendicular to direction of gravity to the base.
