PURPOSE: A door glass grip is provided to operate safely by firmly installing a door glass and preventing the surface damage of the door glass. CONSTITUTION: A body(100) is combined with a regulator rail. An inserting groove(110) is formed in the body to be inserted under a door glass(20) having a through hole(21). A through hole(120) is formed in the front side of the body to be connected with the through hole(21). The door glass is fixed on the body by combining a bolt(B) and a nut(N) through the through hole(120). A rubber pad(200) is included between the door glass and the body to prevent the surface damage of the door glass.
