<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic latent image developing toner having uniform distribution of the charge amount, showing stable electrification characteristics without decreasing the triboelectrification charge amount and without performing a charge-up, and having excellent fluidity, environmental dependence and durability characteristics. SOLUTION: Both of anatase titanium oxide and rutile titanium oxide each subjected to the surface treatment with a titanate-based coupling agent are externally added to toner particles.</p> |
