PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open part structure, and an opening method capable of isolating atmospheric fluid outside piping from fluid inside the piping without using a vinyl bag or an air bag. SOLUTION: A feed nozzle 4 to feed gas is provided on the piping close to a device open part, and a gas discharge sparger 5 communicated with the feed nozzle 4 is disposed inside the piping 1. A gas suction port 6 is disposed on the piping having position relation to face the feed nozzle, and inert gas is supplied from the feed nozzle, while inert gas is sucked from the gas suction port, so that a gas curtain 23 is generated between the gas discharge sparger and the gas suction port. The gas discharge sparger communicated with the feed nozzle is disposed along a circumferential part of the piping, and the gas suction port is disposed to have position relation to face the feed nozzle. The diameter of the gas discharge sparger and the gas suction port is set to be larger than the diameter of the piping.
