PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature measurement sampling device capable of simply relating temperatures measured and sampled in time series, a temperature measuring object, a temperature measuring person and a temperature measuring time with one another to transfer them to a data-processing, device or the like when the temperatures of individual articles are measured and the measurement data are statistically processed. SOLUTION: This temperature measurement sampling device 10 has a temperature measuring means 11 and a data handling means 12, measures the temperature of the temperature measuring object 60, samples the detected temperature D1 with an automatic or manual operation and transfers it with an automatic or manual operation. The handling means 12 is formed with a data input means 12a, a data storage means 12b, a data display means 12c and a data transfer means 12d and composed by including the detected temperature D1, temperature measuring object information D2, temperature measuring person information D3 and a measuring time D5 in the handled data D.
