PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a format capable of obtaining a track center signal by securing the reliability of the reproducing signal of a header field without any offsetting of the prepit of the header field with respect to a reproducing beam. SOLUTION: A header area 3 is provided in an area in which a groove is divided, ID sections in which address information is recorded are provided, at least two places G-ID1, and G-ID2, in the header area and, between the ID sections of the two places, a track center detection unit for detecting a track center is provided.
